The District generally meets on the fourth Wednesday of every other month at 1:00 p.m at the office of Coats Rose, P.C., 9 Greenway Plaza, Suite 1000, Houston, Texas 77046. The Board of Directors invites all members of the public to attend its meetings. Notice of Board of Directors meetings will be posted as required at least 72 hours before the scheduled time of the meeting, pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551.043. Minutes are posted once executed at the following meeting.
